    • ]]>     bamahelmet I just got done watching one of the best college football games I have seen in quite some time. After watching Rutgers get their asses handed to them at home, I watched a game that reminded me of my early 20s. The Miami vs Florida State games have always provided me with some great enjoyment. Even though I am a Bama fan, I have latched on to Miami as my sentimental favorite back in the late 80s or early 90s. It was before the 1992 Sugar Bowl because I thought it was super cool that my 2 favorite teams were matching up for the National Championship. Of course, I wouldn’t have been happy to see Miami win that game, but still. Anyhow… tonight’s game was awesome. Offensive showcase, some super serious long plays, and more lead changes than wins Auburn will get this year. Wonderful game!

    You know how people do things in excess after they haven’t had something for so long? You know, you go on a diet and then give up and eat the entire house after you give in? Yeah, that’s what this weekend was like for me. I think I probably watched more than 16 hours of football these past 3 days, even more if you go back to Thursday night with the Boise/Oregon State game. Lot’s of good games though. I love seeing OK get knocked around early. Sorry Sean and Stacy. :)

    ROLLLLLLLL… MF’ing TIDE!!! What a good game vs. VT. Had me on the edge of my seat all game. I was happy to see some offense late in the game. Great job VT Defense for keeping our running game in check most of the game. (1st half at least) SUPER JOB BAMA DEFENSE FOR HOLDING VT TO ABYSMAL OFFENSIVE NUMBERS. It was crazy.
