Need I say more? Ok, I will… Laurence Fishburne is one of my top 10 actors ever. Currently, the only other “non-sports” show that I watch with regularity is Cold Case on CBS. I don’t think my wife and I have missed a single episode since it started.

Movie Weekend – Tropic Thunder, Hellboy 2, and The Dark Knight

All 3 were decent, but the best imho is Tropic Thunder. It was a gut buster. The Les Grossman characters played by Tom Cruise was hilarious.
It was filled with stars and the black man being played by Robert Downy Jr. was seriously funny in itself. I know they took a lot of flack about some of the humor, but I don’t care! Booty Sweat. LOL
Hellboy 2 was pretty good too, but I was disappointed with The Dark Knight.
Wall-E Souvineer Watch and One Thumb and Half Up

On Friendfeed, it seems that every post about Wall-E is getting dozens of good reviews, so I figured I’d check it out. I am normally not a theatre kind of guy, I prefer to watch in my Living Room, but I do get out 2-3 times a year to check one out on the big screen.
I loaded my Wife and Son up and headed down to the 2:50 show. It was very good, but I was a tad disappointed that it wasn’t better after all the positive comments. Don’t get me wrong, it has a cute story line with some pretty cool lessons to be learned as well, but it wasn’t all that I expected.
The good news for my Son is that I scored him a souvineer Wall-E Watch!
I do have a thought though… Are we going to be those humans in 700 years?

1. Death Sentence – C+
2. The Gameplan – A-
That’s all I am going to say. Both of them were good, but the Gameplan was very cute and funny. Death Sentence was too predictible, but the story line was good and Kevin Bacon and John Goodman played great roles in it.
Spiderman 3 is Cool!

That’s it, just wanted to say it. No real review. You know they sell the trilogy for only $4 more than just buying Spiderman 3? Yep, my son already had the 1st one and he wanted the 3rd, so I went today to get it. When I saw that I could get him 2 and 3 for $4 more than just 3, we had to do it.

For the second night in a row, my son and I enjoyed a good movie. Well, my wife and daughter enjoyed last night’s…
Can you guess what movie we saw last night? 
Anyhow, Transformers… I loved them growing up in the 80’s, the special effects were great, it sounded super on the home theatre, and looked great. (Megan Fox did too) The down side was it was silly, but my son loved it. That’s worth the time and rental fee. Score : B-
Surf’s Up! No sexy girls, just a hilarious animated flick with a really cool story line. I didn’t even know penguins could surf. Bad new is that my son didn’t like it much, or maybe he was just sleepy. It was cute and funny. Score : A-

Where has that SOB been, what’s he doing?
I have spent alot of time watching Football, Redoing another website (SEC Talk), Some Family Time, and watching Planet Earth on Blueray.
After the dust settled on the Mobilitysite/Aximsite merger, I took a little time off. Then back at it.
I haven’t blogged here much because my nights have been filled with fun and exciting activities more than in the past. I used to get the bulk of all my site related work done at night, so the site production from me is suffering because of my new nightlife.
I just redesigned SEC Talk for the football season and added some new features to the site. I added user blogs, a photo gallery (which will be coming to Aximsite soon too), and a fresh new look. We also hit 5000 members this weekend too.
I have been playing some video games, spending time with the family, and watching alot of football and more Planet Earth than a human should be allowed to watch.
I purchased the Planet Earth Series on Blueray a last month and I can not stop watching!
This is just a post to tell where I’ve been… Not promising more updates here, just a heads up.
